This is one of the best Muslim marriage guides I’ve read. The real life case studies provide, an excellent way to understand different issues that may arise and how you can prevent this in your own marriage. Such a beneficial book.

Compassionately written with sound advice. While the information is based on Quran and hadith, I feel that many things discussed in the book are universal issues that affect a marriage and thus suitable for anyone looking for advice on marital problems.
The inclusion of case studies enhances the reading experience because it gives context to the advice. It also makes you feel like you are not alone.
It’s an easy read, with an easy to engage with format and style.

The book contains really good advice about what you should be looking for in a spouse before you get married and what you should do after you get married.
It’s good book with some sound advice HOWEVER it heavily biased as it revolves around the faults of women and barely mentioned what the men could improve on.
The book mentions communication is key for both partners but then blames the woman.
For example sister Asma COMMUNICATED with her husband to look after the baby while she goes to an appoint in morning. Come the following the husband didn’t wake up. The book then blames the woman for not trying hard enough to wake up her husband. When in fact why did the husband not set an alarm?

Amazing book with lots of practical advice

I know of the author and she is really good. I am only about halfway through the book and it is amazing, will give it to my wife to read after I’ve finished it. I will say it does seem in some small ways to be more aimed towards a female audience than male, but this does not subtract much from the overall thing. Please buy it, don’t download online PDF’s or something, but instead support the author.

Good book very well written and insightful. Would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is married and having issues in marriage.
