Suzie Lee’s cookbook is just amazing. Easy to follow recipes which are just gorgeous. Feel so confident now at cooking Chinese food. My favourite is the sweetcorn soup, fried chicken and the chicken wings
Mango pudding and the milk bread are are so yummy. Well done Suzie just love this book

The first time cooking a recipe the ingredients seem expensive. However it actually works out cheaper than a carryout as once bought the oils, spices etc make many meals. They are quick too. It takes me 30 minutes from start to putting on the table of most recipes. Family have loved all

I ordered Suzie’s cookbook having followed her journey on Best Home Cook and subsequent BBC programmes. She always makes her recipes seem so achievable, and having read through many of them, the family can’t wait to give them a try. It’s lovely to read the personal memory associated with each dish, and it gives you an insight into the real Suzie. A nice touch. The book is great quality and the photos are amazing. Let’s hope I can do the recipes justice.
