Have made a number of the recipes from this book and not been disappointed. Great value for money

Another great recipe book from Siobhan! I’m really new to air frying, but have made some really tasty meals from this book already – and I’m looking forward to trying out a lot more. Siobhan’s other 2 books are also great – first time I’ve bought cook books that I actually use regularly. If you like great tasting, healthy food, I would recommend any (ALL 3) of Siobhan’s books x

This is the third book I’ve ordered from Slimming Eats. It’s amazing the food is so tasty and very easy to cook. Once you have store cupboard ingredients you can cook anything. It gives you all the nutritional information on each dish so if you’re following a calorie counter it’s easy to calculate. Highly recommend if your fed up with cooking the same boring meals.

Has described good for all, similar recipes has too other slimming publications, good gift idea.

This is the third book I have bought as I was so impressed with the first two. I live in Spain though I am currently taking care of my elderly mother in the UK so I have all three books in Spain for when I am there and the other three here in the UK. Every recipe I try is soo good. Well worth buying

I’m excited to try the recipes but if you don’t cook a lot you’ll find you’ll have to buy a lot in. Lots of pictures and clear instructions.

This is my third Slimming Eats cookery book from this author. This one is specifically for air fryers although the recipes can be adapted for other modes of cooking. I haven’t tried all the recipes yet, but the ones I have tried are brilliant. Well recommended.

This is an outstanding recipe book for the airfryer. Not only are all the recipes original but they are so easy to follow. All the ingredients are easy to find and having tried a few of the recipes already I can honestly say that they are delicious. Each recipe has its own table of calories, proteins, sugars carbs etc. They also indicate if they are gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free and if they can be frozen. They have the prep and cooking times so that quick and easy dishes can be made if needed.
Siobhan has started off this book with a section that gives a lot of tips and information about what she uses while cooking but also gives alternatives if a particular ingredient is something that a person can not have. There are tips on freezing, using your airfryer and the difference in times between oven cooking and airfryer cooking. As an added bonus, All of these recipies can be cooked in a conventional oven if you want.
Now to the quality of the book. It is beautifully presented with photos of each dish that are so well taken that you can almost taste the food in them. The quality of the paper used is perfect. Not at all flimsy. Lovely thick sturdy pages. I really can not fault this book at all. I have all 3 of Siobhans books and I am an avid user of her online recipe site. I am already looking forward to her next book, whatever and whenever it may be.
