    I had to go back and check I’d ordered the right book. Even though this title was published in March 2020 the information is very outdated!

    The chapter about Instagram is only 11 pages and mostly desktop screenshots and a whole section on how to use a smartphone camera. “When you click the camera icon, your camera comes up ready to take a photo”… It’s like a guide I’d give my 90 year old grandmother to teach her what to do, not a budding marketeer.

    [Using the Foursixty app] “customers can add items to their shopping carts directly, instead of having to browse your website”
    Incorrect!
    Customers have been able to purchase items directly through Instagram since March 2019.

    This is the same throughout the book. Most of the information presented is now obsolete and inaccurate.

    I bought the most recent edition because I know how quickly social media is changing. But this book isn’t even close to being up to date.

    Very poor!
