Seems a bit weird opening up an advent calendar at this time of year however, for what you receive in return to a more conventional calendar i actually felt this has better appeal. Some parents don’t like to give chocolate to there children which is perfectly fine yet these having stationery tools inside are a good alternative.
Each window contains something different whether its a pen, pencil etc. There are some nice key rings, post note, stickers etc which any sonic fan will love. So a really good selection of items to reveal.
For the price at £19.99 i felt was ok i have seen different product that offer similar items and are more expensive very few are cheaper however, this is reasonable priced.
The only negative thing i could only nit pick on was if only it had a Christmas theme to go along with the festive period.
Overall its a good alternative to the conventional advent calendar which comes with useful stationary equipment, A good calendar for any Sonic fan.

This is official Sonic merchandise – so any sonic fans want something rather than chocolate then I would definitely recommend this advent calendar.

I got this advent calendar for my nephew who loves Sonic the Hedgehog!
As much as kids love chocolates, it’s refreshing to find an alternative like this. This surprise stationery box is a delightful twist on the traditional advent calendar.
The artwork on the calendar is colourful, and my nephew couldn’t wait to open each door.
Now, onto the contents: I appreciated that everything is clearly listed on the back, so you know exactly what you’re getting. Keychains, pens, and other Sonic-themed stationery items filled each day, making it a treasure trove of fun surprises.
The quality of the items inside is commendable, and it’s obvious that they’ve been designed with care.
In a world filled with the same old chocolate advent calendars, this Sonic The Hedgehog advent calendar stands out as a creative and enjoyable way to count down to Christmas. It’s been an absolute hit with my nephew, and I can’t recommend it enough for Sonic fans of all ages.

This advent calendar comes in a large, shallow box. SEGA have a copyright mention on the back so I assume this is an official product.
It’s actually branded as a surprise stationery box rather than as an advent calendar, but there are 24 doors so it effectively functions as one. The doors are spread out rather than arranged in a grid, which always makes it fun hunting for the right number.
The Sonic-branded stationery inside is decent quality and reasonably varied, I was pleased that a pencil case is included to help with storage. This is a great gift for any Sonic fan, but it’s not at all Christmassy.

An advent calendar with a set of really quite high quality Sonic Stationary and other items, featuring Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Egg Man (Dr Robotnik) and more!
A nice metal tin, 3 pens including a multicolour pen, pencils, rubbers, ruler, pencil sharpener, a ‘gold ring’ wristband, and 3 enamel brooches: Sonic, Tails and Amy.
The adults in the family, who grew up with the original Sonic The Hedgehog games, were as equally impressed as the children.
For Sonic fans, this is an excellent alternative to a chocolate advent calendar.

I chose this calendar for my 14 year old Sonic mad daughter (who also loves stationary). The items inside are more useful than the usual frivolous stuff they fill calendars with, so I know at least she’ll get plenty of use from those items.
The items I saw from having a peek inside seem of good quality, which is what I would expect from a branded calendar. Price wise, it seems to be around the same as similar items.
The calendar comes shrink wrapped and I feel it could use a protective sheet of card to protect the doors from accidentally popping open in transit. Thankfully my calender was fine and those doors are actually quite firm! I get the impression it’ll take a good push to open them.
The plastic tray inside seems to be fully stuck on to the carded front, so there’s pretty much zero chance of items falling behind a different door or coming out of place. The pockets are deep and some of the calendar doors are really large to accommodate some of the bigger items
It’s a great calendar if you have a Sonic fan in the family who will enjoy making use of the themed stationary items inside.
