This is a very good book except the section on stretching which does not seem to reflect current theory and practice. There is for instance no mention of dynamic stretching. Don’t let this minor fault put you off. Buy a good book on stretching to go with it.

I take the book with me on skiing holidays and use it to help not only myself but others who may have had accidents!
