    I’ve been strength training for 2 years now and still like to buy new books to explore new workouts and ideas . This is a great book with colourful photos of each exercise and a clear plan of each workout for 6 months as well as nutrition and supplement information. It’s good for beginners through to advanced , workouts that you can do at the gym (TRX) and at home (dumbells and kettlebells) .
