A forbidden student/teacher romance as Carter North and the object of every high schoolgirl crush falls for his eighteen-year-old student Nova. Carter’s one rule is never sleep with a student and lord knows even though he’s had plenty of offers over the years he’s never been tempted but when he finds out that Nova has been thrown out by her aunt and left homeless, he takes her in. Although she’s still a virgin, Nova is no innocent miss. She targets her prey Carter with all skill of a seasoned hunter and poor Carter’s morals didn’t stand a chance against her wiles.
With the customary RK Lilley style of steamy chemistry and scorching s€x scenes, Teacher’s Pet was a quick and easy read with likeable characters and has left me lamenting the lack of a hottie like Mr North at my high school when I was a student. An added bonus with this book was catching glimpses of Turner and Ro from Tyrant whose wicked banter always makes me laugh.

Heavens! What was that? Oh yes.. a very taboo, naughty book that had my eyes bugging out at times. Nova is determined that Carter is going to be her first.. and he fights a good fight, until he can’t, and the rest is..well, just very rude, really. Cover my blushes ????, but I couldn’t put it down because once the water is out of the bottle, there is just no putting it back, no matter what the consequences!
This is definitely out on the far side of the naughty but not so nice zone, with a large helping of taboo as a upsized side dish. Read and blush gentle reader!! ☺️ ????????????????

I really really fell in love with this book. The reason for that being that it had my favourite trope – teacher/student forbidden romance.
Nova was a student that was attracted to her teacher, Carter North, for a very long time. She was trying to get his attention by sending him anonymous texts. Carter also felt the attraction towards Nova, but he knew that if he tried to do something about it, he could risk his career and lose everything. But a chance encounter, where he finds out she is homeless, makes him offer her to stay in his house. From then on, the attraction gets bigger and bigger. For my happiness, it didn’t take them a lot of time to finally start a secret affair. They were careful not to be discovered, but those scenes…OMG, those sexy scenes with them were everything I wished for and even more. The constant smut between them was so hot and it made me look around to see if there were people around me when I was reading those kinky scenes. I was there for it and I succumbed to their feelings together with them.
I honestly loved the story even though there was a little bit of drama towards the end of the book. Thankfully, Crater is a definite alpha male and he took care of Nova, because, after all, she was his true love.
Overall, I loved this story ♥️.

I finished this book on one day. Couldn’t put it down. If you love R K Lilley and her other characters then you will LOVE this book. From the first page you’ll be hooked. So steamy you’ll be begging for more. Enjoy!!

This book is utterly filthy. It’s a forbidden teacher-student romance packed to the brim with spice! The spicy scenes are well written, making for a hot read even though the book is mostly smut with very little in the way of a story.
Nova is an 18-year-old virgin with a major crush on her hot teacher, Mr. Carter North. She’s had a thing for him for years and has tried in vain to seduce him with her short skirts, provocative texts, and the way she sucks candy, but despite his body reacting, he’s managed to stay strong and reject her advances. But when he passes her on the side of the road while heading home one night and realises she’s homeless, he can’t help but feel bad and offers her a place to stay at his home. It’s an innocent offer, but the close proximity pushes boundaries, and soon she’s no longer just his student but his pet too.
The spice scenes are incredibly detailed, depicting the total debasing of Nova through everything from bondage to anal and everything in between. Nova is naturally submissive, and the relationship can seem a little bit toxic at times due to their hot, heavy, and angry sex. Add to that that Carter has a wicked dirty mouth, and Nova enjoys being degraded, which can make it easy to misinterpret the context of the situation. But everything is done with consent.
One thing that I enjoyed about the story was the way different attitudes towards Nova and Carter’s relationship were portrayed. In Nova’s case, she was originally labelled a whore and accused of sleeping with men for money or having a sugar daddy. Then there were the attitudes towards Carter: some of his friends encouraged the relationship and were okay with it; some warned him to be careful and were instantly protective about Nova; and then there were his colleagues who implied he not only abused his position as a teacher but abused Nova too. For the most part, Carter had support, whereas Nova was met with negativity.
