A very enjoyable read. A blue-print to create an amazing business, made all the more powerful as Elliot has done it himself, not just written about it. The strategies and tactics can apply to other industries too – this book taps into a HUGE theme, that people are looking for community to both self improve and benchmark themselves. What I find with most people out there offering business advice is a a lack of tangible real world experience, so i found it interesting to learn how a classroom teacher went on to build a successful business using knowledge they already had.

This book is a very useful guide for primary and secondary school teachers in how to run a teaching business and how to receive premium pay for your services without compromising on the quality of the teaching. What Elliot shows is how this can be done, yet cultivating a good work-life balance, something which eludes most teachers (I include myself in this) due to the sheer work volume experienced by us. So yes, definitely an inspiring book giving good motivation in setting-up a teaching business.

Wow!!!!
I bought it at launch and sat mesmerised and couldn’t put the book down.
It’s an easy book to read. He tells his journey from the gutter to expansion to riches. And I don’t just mean money. I mean the wealth of knowledge he gives and the strategies.
But the best bit is the client stories. It worked for them, so it can work for you too. It works for me (I’m a client) and beginning to scale. Some have scaled fast others not.
My recommendation is to read the book and jump on a call with his team to see if you need Elliot’s help to change your corner of your world.
