It builds up the level of difficulty through simple practice drawings.     Brilliant book for educating a beginner and refresh for those of us who have moved to computer based cad. It is well presented and each topic is easily understood. The exercises are well thought out and easily understood.I am using it to teach a 12 & 14 year old the basics.
