Bought as a present for my mum. She’ll enjoy it, but I was a little disappointed since all the maps are original works by the author and so lack the diversity that is engendered to the Twitter version by the community participation, where the best worst maps from many sources are shared.

If I could give this 10 stars I would… I got a surprising amount of enjoyment out of this little book! I’ve showed it to a couple of my friends and got some good laughs out of it too.

The writer(s) are smart and very funny; some of the maps are absurd, some hilarious, and some actually make you think. I attached the pics of a couple of my favourites.

These kind of jokes are fun when you see them on social media, but it’s actually cool to have it printed out – I got a lot more laughs out of this than seeing memes on my phone. It’s a good quality printing too.

As an added bonus, I really don’t have to think hard about Christmas presents this year. I’m buying a few for friends and family… it’s fun for everyone.

    I’d love a sequel!

If you have the sense of humour to follow Terrible Maps on social media then you’ll love this. Lots of interesting maps and some downright daft ones make it an excellent book all round!

Bought for my husband’s birthday as we both follow the insta account. He read it, Dad read it, I read it, my six year old attempted to read it… it was passed round and chuckled over all day.

This an awful book, full of inaccuracies.

I wouldn’t buy it if you’re looking for factual content. ????

Only buy it if you want a good giggle.
