I’m really hoping that with these new diagnosis issues I will be able to find things to eat and I love the sound off quite a lot of the dishes. The only dislike I would say is the pages are all black and white and I find, being dyslexic sometimes hard to read the words on a white page, so maybe so pale colours would be good.

I hadn’t realised this was an American edition of the book with products that can’t be purchased in the UK and different ways of measuring (although conversions for these are given at the end of the book). I can’t see that there are 1200+ days of recipes as there are only 102 recipes listed in the book. It’s quite expensive for what it is and I don’t think it is good value for money.
