Wow. This book is incredible. I am so impressed as a trainee psychologist myself how wonderfully thought out and well considered this is. The wording, the inclusion of diversity, the thought given to balancing positivity with real life, the absolutely amazing activities. I have spent the whole afternoon in my own little bubble reading and filling this out and will 100% be recommending to my friends and family. There are many similar styles of books that feel like they are TOO positive and have felt invalidating to me. But this is spot on. Thank you so much!

We have books like this for our child but secretly always wanted to do one myself, we now do them together. I love the flow to the book, you can fill in whatever and whenever you like without losing anything along the way. A great, helpful, funny book, thank you x

A beautiful book for anyone with a body and mind!
I’ve bought this book for my mum, for my sisters, for my brothers and my friends, this is a very calming and reassuring book full of wholesome activities for any age of adult, Milly has done an amazing job of capturing everything we worry and care about in a fun yet serious and caring way and I really do feel so much better from each and every page I’ve read.

Absolutely love the fact that this book comes with stickers! I screamed a little when I saw them! Being an adult is hard and scary and I love the fact a manual like this exists to help make it that little bit easier

I absolutely love this book! I’ve never been much of a reader due to being dyslexic and finding it difficult, but this is the one book that I can read without my mind going elsewhere, and the fact it has some fun activities is awesome! It’s really helping me with my mental health! It’s so nice to finally have a book that gives me an emotional and artistic outlet. ????
