Although I think that some recipes take a lot longer, there are quite a few that take only a short time. Often there are not too many ingredients, but the dishes are still different.

I love this book.
The instructions are clear and each recipe as the calorie and macronutrient breakdown. This is useful if you want to know how much fat, protein, carbs you are eating.
Remember this is a book for normal people, not gym obsessed people wanting to get massive gunz! This is someting that the Body Coach books don’t have, which is very surprising.
Anyway – this is my only cookbook and I am still going strong!
Get it – the Carbonara recipe is excellent (but it does take me longer than 20mins!)

My daughter was visiting and was impressed by the cookbook. There were a number of recipes which appealed. She asked me to order her a copy and she has taken it back to Cuba with her, where she is impressing the locals with her cooking skills!!!!!.
