Great book, perfect for the wee ones to look through and not be able to rip.

A very clever book for children to be able to identify emotions and understand them. I will always have a copy in my son’s bookcase.

My kids love this book. Explaining 5 emotions using a colorful monster, this useful guide can help young children to break down their emotions and understand them better. I bought this board book version to carry with me, so we can use it on the go when they have a tantrum! Now my daughter can tell me what colour she is feeling and try to calm herself without my help. It is also recommended by their nursery.
