I cannot understand how anyone could give this book a one or two star rating – particularly if they don’t leave a written review. Ignore them! I have several books on air frying, and this is the best by some margin. There has been a flurry of new books on the subject, ranging from the ‘why did I bother with it’ to the ‘reasonably useful’. In my view this beats all the others that I have purchased. I should add that I have no connection with the authors – it is simply a good book!

Samantha and her family have put everything into providing the most useful book anyone could need for Air Fryers. If you are a beginner, she makes it easy. Her enthusiasm comes over so strongly and it is obvious she enjoys cooking in Air Fryers. Anyone who enjoys RecipeThis will know that that enthusiasm also applies to many other kitchen gadgets. I’m no beginner, I’ve had air fryers ever since they were available, but I still found useful and inspiring ideas in this book. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

As an air fryer newbie, I have been looking for a cookbook that ticked all the boxes. One that would teach me how to use this rather scary new machine, and tame it to become just another piece of kitchen equipment. I bought two or three, print and Kindle, but I found they tended to be like either collections of leaflets, with meagre explanations and illustrations, or featuring wayout oddities. rather than helping me to produce real everyday dishes.

Then I found Pam & Dom’s Complete Air Fryer Cookbook. This is the answer. It works equally with US and European measurements, and the recipes are practical everyday meals to suit most occasions. There are plenty of pictures, and stage by stage instructions, making it easy for the newcomer to gain confidence in using a brilliant new culinary machine. The authors also have a website offering practical hints and tips. If you want to buy just one air fryer cookbook, this is it.

Fab book, perfect for those who’ve only just got an airfryer (like me) and those who’ve already got one. What’s nice is that this has real, “normal everyday” food in it, some others I’d looked at were full of stuff that you wouldn’t necessarily cook every day, but this one has all bases covered and is also full of handy tips. The only thing is they use olive oil as it’s their oil of choice – I personally use good old vegetable oil and it makes no difference! Liked this book so much I got another as a xmas gift for a friend and recommended it to another who bought it too!

At last an air fryer book I can understand! purchased a few airfryer books but a lot of them are ‘Americanised’, this Complete airfryer book has actually helped me to ‘understand’ how airfryers work from airfry to bake to roast so many settings wasn’t really sure which setting I should be using but I understand much more now & because you can subscribe to their site if unsure or want advice you can email Sam & just ask her! plus it’s full of ‘everyday’ simple recipes it’s great…thanks Sam & Dom.

A superb book for an idiot in the kitchen like me. The book is well written with lots of useful information that are easy to follow and there’s lots of things in it I never knew you could do with an air-fryer. A must buy if, like me, you’re a novice in the kitchen.

I was lucky enough to find the Recipe This website when I first started my air fryer journey, which has saved me wasting time on so many of the less than helpful books out there. I was delighted to buy the book itself and constantly refer to it. I do have a Phillips air fryer but have recently bought a Ninja Dual Zone as I found I was using the Phillips so much I needed an additional machine! I haven’t had any problems adjusting the recipes for the Ninja.
This really is the best book for beginners and experienced air fryer users alike. Highly recommend.

Brilliant for beginners as everything is explained in easy to follow instructions. It covers things you might have wondered about but didn’t know how to find the answers.
Shows you how to cook things you didn’t even think about or know you could cook in an airfryer. Written with British airfryer owners in mind which makes a difference, as most airfryer books and recipes are written for people who use Fahrenheit airfryer but don’t give conversions for centigrade users.
Very easy to understand and the recipes are everyday ones not just for when you might want a fancy recipe. Also gives tips on what accessories you might want to buy for your airfryer.
