My partner is new to Crohns and we have no idea what to eat. We could find lists of foods that were suitable but found it difficult to find meals.
This book is brilliant. Loads of meals, snacks, soups, breakfast ideas and full recipes.
Very easy to understand and loads of extra info about Crohns too, meal planners and info on what to do in a flare up etc.
I would recommend this book to anyone.
I’m going to try the carrot and ginger soup tonight. I’m not a very good cook but all the recipes look very manageable.
