    Essential book to go with Michael Moseley’s 5:2 Diet book, very well laid out with several different ways of seeing lists of meals to make it easier to choose/find one that fits the need/appetite.
    Lost 2 1/2 stone in just over a month and its stayed off. Changed my eating patteren and habits totally.
