First book I have found in absolutely ages that I really really love.
It’s just so clever & unbelievably SIMPLE!
It makes reducing sugar for me so much easier than before. The simple savoury breakfasts, the vinegar pickling, is such a cool way to incorporate apple cider vinegar without having to always drink it.
The recipes are very easy and the little pictures of the ingredients beside the recipe I love!!! Another physiological aid!!!
I think I want to actually make & eat 95% of it , which is another first for me.
