    Beautiful book, humbly written with love and a passion for great food nourishing both physical and mental well being. Bought as a gift but had a browse & fell in love with it, so I’m keeping it. Took it shopping with me to buy the handy store cupboard ingredients kindly listed in the book. It’s amazing. So glad I record “This morning” this is where I first discovered this wonderful chef and the wholesome dish she made from this book #butterbean hotpot! I will be purchasing more, everybody needs this. 5⭐️

    I have always cooked homemade food but haven’t learned a lot about how food can help us with mental health and health problems, I knew about protein, carbs, how to build muscle,what type of vitamins etc..I couldn’t really make the link between both until I started going back to my native roots and connect nature and it’s power. This book has recipes and tips that made my life so much easier in my adventures with new healthy recipes in the kitchen.
    I have tested new things that helped me with the downer feeling of pre menopause and after two weeks, I feel a great difference with my energy and mood swings specially.
