The Lost Fiancé Twist (Spencer Brothers Book 1)

£4.70

Relationship status: it’s complicated.
Being ghosted by the love of your life sucks. Zero out of ten, do not recommend.
One day, we’re exchanging rings and picking honeymoon destinations, and the next, Emery is just…gone.

A year later, as I’m forcing myself to move on, I bump into him.
While my brothers would love to find creative ways to get the truth out of Emery, I just want answers.

When it becomes clear Emery isn’t lying about losing his memory in a car accident, I have a choice to make.
Do I let him go or try to win him back?

The Lost Fiancé Twist is book one in Ana Ashley’s new series featuring the charming and far-too-handsome-for-their-own-good Spencer Brothers.
Expect romance, heat, fun, and plenty of laughs from a loving but slightly too meddlesome family unit.

The Lost Fiancé Twist is an adorable, unusual second chance story with a new family of men to fall in love with.
The Spencers have me. I’m already desperate to have Adam with River. I have a theory about Noah’s situation, and wow, Lex and Emery were cute.
There’s a lot in there but it was sweet and enjoyable. I already know I want to listen to it when the audio is available.
Lex takes his second chance to have Emery fall in love with him and just does it right. They were clearly meant to be

I read lots of MM romances so to get one that’s got a totally new plot is pretty rare! This has a great premise: Lex asks Emery to marry him, then Emery just disappears from his life for a year. Turns out Emery has lost his memory so Lex has to try and woo him all over again. There are lots of questions around how Emery dropped out of his old life so completely and it takes a while for the whole story to unfold. Lex and Emery have a sweet relationship and I really enjoyed it. The whole Spencer clan is great as well and there’s a twist at the end I definitely didn’t see coming which is setting up the next book. Great.

Oh my little heart, where do I even start with this one? I felt for Lex from the start (How dare anyone hurt that sweet baby). I really wanted to hate Emery but when we found out why he left, he ended up pulling at my heartstrings. This really left me thinking that fate wants her way then she will have it. These two were very clearly made for each other and Emery’s heart still recognizes that. Lex is just so cute, He wooed Emery all over again. At times I may have cried a little cry for him, especially when the truth comes out. Also Lex’s brothers??? Man did they make me chuckle in fact his whole family did. They might be a little too much for some but they were the best. Unlike Emery’s mom who I could quite happily say a few choice words to. To be honest i think i fell in love with 90% of the side characters and i really hope we get a book for River as well as for Ren.
This was my second book by Ana and I honestly found it hard to put it down. After being in a slump for a few weeks this book just kissed everything better. I can’t wait to see what this series has in store for the brothers. I just hope Ana doesnt make me wait too long, I want them all now ???? .

Lex and Emory’s story is heartbreaking, healing and full of love between the MC’s and Lex’s family. Losing someone the way Lex does, suddenly and with no answers must be awful but Emory has the most valid of reasons after being in a car accident that stole his memories.
Though they have spent a year apart and, for Emory at least, they start a new relationship, it’s as though little time has passed and they just fit together, like it was meant to be regardless of random acts and interfering families. Both men have a lot to work through and Lex has the most supportive system in his family. Ever so nosy but there in a heartbeat if you call out a DEAFCON 1-4, alcohol included. Emory only has his new best friend, Ellie, who he works with at the school he teaches at. He currently lives with his parents where he spent time recuperating but his mother has some strange ideas on his future and what company he should keep. When he and Lex reconnect and he shares more of what he does and doesn’t know, not everything adds up. I have to say, Emory’s mother is a piece of work, not someone I would be able to easily forgive but Lex’s family makes up for it in spades. I can’t wait to see what drama Noel and Adam bring to the series.
I received an ARC and am happily giving a review.
