From the Author: I’ve been fascinated by the mindbody connection since before medical school. The seminal event of my medical education in this regard was my own cure from chronic, unexplained knee pain with the guidance of John Sarno, MD from NYU’s Rusk Institute. After this personal success, I performed a follow-up study of his patients, under his auspices and determined that this approach proved successful in a remarkably high 77% of chronic back sufferers.

Really helpful to get started with journalling to work though TMS issues. This is a daily question and answer 30 day programme. I was impressed at the clear route and progressive patten to guide you through your emotional blockages whilst working though your TMS recovery. Highly recommended, I found it incredibly helpful.

I used this workbook to help me recover from extremely severe chronic pain and digestive symptoms that some doctors thought was an autoimmune disease. Sarno was a mind-blower and got me started, but because of the severity of my case, I really needed the journalling exercises to get me over the line and this book was crucial in that regard. Cannot recommended highly enough.
