Fabulous read as usual, loved the story line, couldn’t put it down, would like further books to follow the story.

I couldn’t wait to get this book after reading the mister. Fanatic book right up to the last few chapters, really Boring, just kind of drags on and I’m so disappointed about that, I struggled to read more than a few pages a night because it was giving me nothing. The ending was to be expected too. Overall not too bad but not gripping.

Trevalyn and cavanaugh . 50 shades coming into play. Not a bad story, very descriptive. Shame it was a long time coming as I couldn’t remember the previous book.
We will see what comes next. I have mixed feelings about this book.

Well the second book in this series did not disappoint. I must admit because it is a while since I read Mister2019 I found I was a little forgetful at first of the events of the last book, but after a little recap I caught up. The second book starts where the first one ended, and once I had reacquainted myself with all the characters I found it very difficult to put down. Maxim is totally adorable, and although a reformed character from his younger days, his past has a habit of disclosing itself to Alessia, so much so it erodes her confidence but her strong will pulls her through. It is full of dramatic and humourus incidents, and maim revolutions, keeping the reader on its toes. Fast moving, well written with more than a hint of spice and passion, but not overly so. Side characters of interest abound and the hierarchy of social status is simplified so all can understand. This author has matured through her writing and I only hope there is more to come. Either on these two delightful characters or new ones that are being born in her imagination.

My problem with The Mister mostly was the sudden ending when there was so much more to explore. This book does dot the i’s and cross the t’s, but I did feel that there was far more scope there for content than was utilized. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy the odd sex scene, but most books lately seem to be padded out with too many of them and content gets pushed aside.

However I loved that Maxim and Alessia got their happy ending, and I really enjoyed the book. So nice to have this.
