The Movement: How I Got This Body By Never Going To The Gym In My Life.
£7.40
The incredible story of Jack Garbarino, founder of The Movement workout. In 2009, Jack was at rock bottom. He weighed nearly three-hundred pounds, he couldn’t walk up a flight of stairs without getting out of breath, and worst of all, he had given up hope of ever getting fit. Today, he’s a hundred pounds lighter, with a growing fitness empire and a killer bod. The secret of his success? The Movement, a workout that consists entirely of moving boxes and furniture. Now that The Movement is taking America by storm, Jack is finally ready to tell his story. From the childhood friendship with Steve Jobs that inspired him, to his touching mentorship of a jungle child named Dende, this self-help novel will make you laugh, cry, and think. And it might even help you lose a few pounds, too.

I enjoyed this sooo much more than I should have done, or expected to, considering that it’s a load of nonsense! Definitely a fun way to have spent a few hours. I couldn’t believe it really existed and I really hope the ghost writer from the show gets some royalties for this, or that the money goes somewhere good. Thanks Nathan Fielder for being yet another ridiculous but weirdly brilliant idea to the world.

I accidentally nudged into a shelf and this book fell off, breaking on the floor, so I was forced to pay. Then I went from looking like a sumo-wrestler to a thin redneck in no time at all. I am so grateful that Jack was inspired by the jungle children to then inspire America, because the world needs it.

One of the funniest books I’ve ever read, every time you think it can’t get more bizarre it manages to. All fans of Nathan For You (which should be everyone, as it’s an astonishingly good tv series) should buy it now.

I’ve just bought Jack’s new book and needless to say I am elated. I quit my job and have applied to work for free at various furniture moving companies! I can’t wait to see the results.

What can I say other than before this book, I was a fat tub of lard. Now people tell me I have a rocking bod and to be honest I love compliments. For the first time in my life I felt like people actually wanted to be around me… whatever I had done resonated with the entire world. And the attention was like sunlight on my soul. Now I can finally go horseback riding without any harm coming to the horse. Jack is a great author and this and only this will be his legacy… now I have the confidence to go out with my bros and go for a mother effin beer. Cool beans.

I have major trust issues stemming from a non-sexual incident that happened when I was a child which led me to become morbidly obese. However as soon as I saw Jack on a local news station while on holiday in the US of A, I knew I could trust a man who almost helped save a Jungle Child.
Ive lost 7 stone following his plan and can FINALLY fit into the Summit Ice jacket I bought earlier in the year.
God bless Jack Garnarino!
