This is a great book like all the Naked Chef series, but please note that it is the same book as ‘The Return of the Naked Chef’, with a different title, possibly for the American market.
So make sure you don’t buy both.
I would also highly recommend the DVDs of all three series of the Naked Chef. Fantastic inspiration for a novice cook. Jamie is great!

The Naked Chef Takes Off, this book relates to a young Jamie Oliver, making his mark on his way to success. He shows and shares his skills, experience and his overpowering love of cooking, in this book. The variety of dishes is a delight, especially with all the instructions in plain English, all the coloured pages of tasty looking dishes and even Jamie growing his own Herb Garden!
This is one of his earlier books which shows his ability to impress us with his selection of genuine mouth watering dishes.
The Naked Chef Takes Off is a fantastic book and shows lots of quality recipes, which are easy to follow, all created by the now, older and famous Jamie Oliver.
