Tid Rudman managed to make a very comprehensible and complete overview for the starting and advanced printer. After taking a 7 day darkroom course I knew the basics of making a print, but this book is slowly taking me to the next level by introducing me to more advanced techniques and helping me better understand concepts such as contrast. Highly recommended, especially if you have regular access to a (home) darkroom, because you will want to try these things out!

I am new to darkroom printing, and I bought this book for reference. I must say this is a pretty amazing book. It explains everything for the beginner to advanced level. Clear explanations, and very very practical. The pictures are of great quality, and give me full understanding of the result of each process.
I would definitely recommended to anyone who is looking for a darkroom printing book.
