This book replaces my old and well used book. It is so well written and funny. I must have read the book to 100’s of children and and whilst it has made them laugh, it was used as a discussion point for how we treat each other. It has the added bonus as to how we treat each other in society.

I first saw this book as a childless person while browsing for a gift for a friend’s child. I pointed it out to my husband and we both agreed it was gross and no way if we ever had a child would we be buying this!
Then we had our son and received it as a gift. It sat on the bookshelf for two years because I was too embarrassed to give it away to a charity shop.
Then came potty training and my son developed a HUGE fear of pooing on the potty. Poo became a distressing issue for him.
One day I returned from a trip to the shops to find a happy, smiley toddler and an equally happy smiley Daddy who’d finally discovered the merits of the funny and gross little book about poo. It didn’t cure our son overnight but very quickly poo had become something funny and therefore not scary any more.
To the lady who thought she might be missing something…you are; you’re missing a potty training toddler with a fear of the world dropping out of their bottom! Once your little one begins to potty train it might all make a lot more sense. This is from someone who never thought her first review on Amazon would be on a disgusting little book aout poo.

I had an original copy of this but had lost it. Glad to have found it again on Amazon as I had promised my copy to a friend for their child as the book bought much joy to my daughter growing up, . Hilarity in its finest – a book about poo but told in a kids fashion

When I had my second child 23 years ago my eldest was given this book. So I got it for my friend as she has her second child. An entertaining story all about poo – and what child does not find poo stories funny!

This is one of my toddler’s favourite books. It is all about a little mole who ends up with a poo on his head and wants to find out who did it. He asks all types of different animals if it was them. It is very funny, has a nice rhythm and adults will enjoy it as well as children.
