    I think this book would of helped me as a teenager.
    It covers issues with self estem involving issues with school, friends and family.
    This book combines elements of mindfulness, cognitive and behavioral techniques to help improve self esteem.
    It works to build self awareness which will help teen gain emotional intelligence.
    I think I would helpful to use in group session as conversation openers.
