This book is great for a newbie Air Fryer like myself. Well laid out, easy to follow and simple instructions. It is written in plain simple English, which makes everything easy to follow and remember. The photos of the meals are really good as well, nothing fancy. The tables showing quick guides for different foods are really helpful and I have started to make loads of notes as well. Air Frying can be quite daunting to start with but I’m slowly getting the hang of it and this book has really helped. Would definitely recommend.

I have bought several air fryer cook books since buying an air fryer and this book has been the best so far. Lots of information as well as recipes and lots of photo that help make a cook book good. Still not as good as had hoped for, but a good book.

I like this book it has easy to do recipes across all meal times. Glad I read it in my magazine!!

An easy to follow cook book for new users of air fryers. As all air fryers are different and mine is the oven type, using the different recipes is a little experimental as I have only had the fryer for about a week. The Wild Mushroom & Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms were very nice with salad and I’ll be doing them again. I had some cauliflower to use up but think I should have cooked it a bit longer. Can’t wait to try the Lemon Drizzle. I have since bought some oil spray as I think the food was drying out a bit. The book is nicely presented with good clear instructions and photos.
