The workouts are highlighted with pictures from various personal trainers and all the different workout sections are colour-coded. The book also goes over unique workout routines which I find rigorous but suitable for a 45 minute session, which is just what i was looking for. Now the cons of this book are that there is no advice about diet and the science behind the workouts could be explained better, but I see there are other books written by Dr Lee that appears to go over this stuff, but I have yet to read them. In a nutshell, this book was a real find for me as it contained everything I was looking for.

A great book, well-written and really thorough. Colour-coded pages highlight different regions of the body, loads of photographs and pictures on every page. Simple to read and motivational….very motivational. The pocketbook version, which I’ve also got, is a small version of this parent book which was written as a convenient guide to take and refer to whilst in the gym. These 2 books compliment each other really well.

Quite simply, this book has everything you need to know if you’re a gym goer or new to the gym. There are gym workouts for men, women, 5 and 3 day workouts and even stretching routines. He also goes over how to perform these exercises and loads of pics and illustrations to make sure you dont get it wrong.
