A lovely sweet fake marriage to real love story. In order to keep his family company Harry needs to be married before his 40th birthday, and with the business his only focus it seems near impossible until a new employee Simone takes his interest. With Simone’s mother needing surgery, Harry makes her a business offers she can’t refuse. However Simone didn’t realise the risks of the offer, mainly her heart. A lovely heartwarming story with lovely characters, a few surprises and a lovely ending. Enjoyable book.

I loved Simone & Harry’s initial ‘meet-cute’ in the coffee shop – when he tries to jump the queue and she calls him out for his audacity! When she discovers he’s her new boss, she still doesn’t back down from confrontation. It’s endearing that Harry is immediately entranced by this outspoken woman who isn’t in the least bit intimidated by him; he sees a way out of the dilemma forced upon by his family – where he must marry by his fortieth birthday (a couple of months away) to secure his position as CEO of his company. I enjoyed the development of their rocky relationship as well as the engaging secondary characters in the story. Throw in a miracle, if unplanned, pregnancy and you have all the elements of a readable romance with the inevitable HEA.

“A woman who’s afraid of having her heart broken again and a man who doesn’t even think he has a heart.” – what could possibly go wrong? For me, put aside why they felt they needed to get married, what these two needed to do was to trust one another and communicate better, not an easy thing for these two to do.
I really enjoyed seeing them met, get to know each other and battle their feelings, I wanted to hug them reading this, but I also wanted to shake them too! I enjoyed their banter, their chemistry, their understanding of each other, their support and the love they had, I was willing them to get their HEA.

Predictable and I wasn’t too keen on the characters. Simone should know when to cool it and Harry needed to grow a pair.

What are the odds of that chance meeting turning into something beautiful.
Family always turns up for us against all odds and Harry finds that out in the most beautiful way. A wonderful read from start to finish as Harry’ actions from the very start speak louder than words although Simi just was not seeing it.

Harry and Simone loved them both.The attraction was instant.
They get into a marriage of convenience.Harry to keep his inheritance and Simone to help with her mum’s medical bills.
Sleeping together is not in the contract,but they break that rule.
Along the way their feelings get involved,but they both cannot admit to them.
Enjoyed the banter,fights,
romance and chemistry between them.
The family support and friendships were great and it was all worth it when they got to their happily ever after.
