I brought this for a friend, as I had one brought for me at Christmas. I have found it really useful. Some great quotes in the book; tips to look at what triggers stress or anxiety; tips to help you relax, what is good to try from drawing to suggesting to get back to nature and take some walks. Some colouring; doodling and just space to write your thoughts and feeling.
I keep the book on my desk at work as I have been struggling with anxiety and stress, and it’s great to have at hand during those moments.

Very nice book and a bargain price. But I have seen more expensive ones that give you prompts and suggestions as to what kind of things to write in the journal this doesn’t, it just provides spaces for you to write stuff. But lots of helpful advice and activities.

Fab book to help with mental well-being with colouring pages, quotes, prompts. Very good. It’s a gentle start to journaling ☺️

Purchased for my mom who loved it, great little gift with lots of positive pages.

Fantastic little book. Good quality pages so colour doesn’t go through if you use inks or pens. The exercises give you a place to start if you find a blank page intimidating. It took me a few pages to really get into it but it has become such a valued part of my self care. I actually sad to have filled it all up!
I paid the full £9.99 for it and it was worth every penny.

This is a fabulous little well being journal. It is written in partnership with MIND, and all royalties will be going to their registered charity which is one that I already support. The book contains many helpful tips and exercises designed to aid relaxation and offer you a chance to express your emotions and thoughts. The paper is excellent quality and the illustrations are beautiful. It’s not overpriced either, unlike a lot of other similar journals which are on the market.

I bought this because I thought there’d be a lot of mindful activities to do in the book but it’s majorly consisted of lines to write on.. not really what I was looking for but it has some activities at least.
