‘Sewers wanted’…..people have started using ‘sewer’ instead of ‘seamstress/tailor’ because they think it’s gender neutral. Well yes, but it doesn’t make a lot of sense, does it!!

OK, I probably read this book the wrong way. I suspect you should dip in and out, perhaps leaving the book in the ‘smallest room,’ whereas I pretty much went all the way straight through and (if I can continue the toilet theme) got a little comedy constipated. Some of the signs are truly stupid and you’ll get a belly-laugh or two, but on the whole it’s not as funny as the cover page seems to indicate. I definitely will re-read it and would be pleased to recommend it as an amusing occasional book.

Really funny, but not long enough, I had read it all in about 6 minutes! Must be more comical signs around!
