I bought this for my partner, a lifelong Transformers fan and he was absolutely thrilled when he opened the gift. He said “every single page makes me want to turn to the next page and there are some pages that I have to restrain myself from tearing out to display as artwork on the wall.” With art from first generation right through to present day, there is something in this book for everyone, regardless of when your interest in Transformers began. The book is excellent quality and filled with interesting facts as well as stunning artwork.

I’ll be honest, as a lifelong TF fan I was underwhelmed by this book for the price. For the size I was expecting a lot more. However most pages contain large pictures but few overall for each evolution of the franchise over the years. I was also surprised by just how little text there is to support all the artwork. That said, there are some stunning pictures in here and if your a diehard fan then worth adding to your collection if you’re prepared to pay the current prices for either version. I for one am thankful I didn’t get the more expensive version as no way is it worth that price. If you don’t own Transformers : The Vault, get that book first it’s a lot richer in art and text than this.

This a beautifully presented book of the artwork of Transformers, through the decades. I was bowled over to see the poster, I had from the comics in my childhood.

Good book for a Transformer fan, son was pleased with the book bought as a present. He has liked Transformers from the early 80s. Would have liked a bit more text to read in the book, but it is described as a visual history so I suppose that’s the reason for the lack of Text

The book is brilliant and highly recommended for all Transformers fans.
The issue I have is the way it was packaged. As you can see from picture the corner is damaged. It was placed loosely in a box with some paper. I feel if it was bubble wrapped then this wouldn’t have happened.
Because of this I only give it 3 stars
It’s a shame as the book is great and as I said highly recommended.
