Came on time, no damage. Pieces are varied but this isn’t something that Amazon or the seller has control over so not valid for a “review”. If you have to take this exam then you have little choice but to get this book…

Good book although not as many songs in it as I thought. My son has nearly learnt them all already.

While mostly very helpful, there are some occasional errors in transcription, which is not good for an examination piece (always trust your ears when listening to the original recording!) I mostly bought this for Paul Weller’s ‘You Do Something To Me,’ but one other bugbear is the omission of any mention of the names of the drummers on any of the pieces- slightly more relevant than the b-sides I think, no??! On the positive, at least the original albums are listed, which is something.

Trinity have paved the way for innovation and the new syllabus is great! The book comes complete with backing tracks to be downloaded for all the songs and detailed written advice within. Well worth it!
