Nice recipies but mostly unafordable for regular people.

So I’m from the UK (Essex like Jamie) and he has done an ok job on this book many recipes I will cook – that’s the good part
However measurements are all in oz’s and pounds, not to bad, but oven temperatures are all in Fahrenheit so you have to convert them all which is tedious, then you check the health numbers at the bottom of the page all in metric!
So would have given 4 stars if this wasn’t book wasn’t clearly aimed at tha US market

Easy recipes to read and make

Thrilled with this book. More recipes than you can shake a stick at! Some are plant-based versions of popular meat recipes, e.g. Crispy Mushroom Shawarma, Cauliflower Katsu, whilst many are new and original, e.g. Reverse Puff Pizza, Indian Chip Butty. Also some Jamie takes on classics such as Frittata and Shaksuka. Great photos of each dish.
My criticism is that some recipes aren’t set out as clearly as in other books and it is not always easy to pick out the bit you need. For example, when making pancakes with a filling it would be useful if the recipe listed the batter ingredients then filling ingredients under those sub headings. A minor niggle though as I love the book and would recommend to anyone.
