I bought this to help me make my daughter’s wedding bouquet and headdress. It was just what I wanted, and it gave me the information and inspiration I needed. I was very pleased with the results. Lovely photos, and lots of ideas. Excellent.

The photography is sumptuous and just looking at the designs and the gorgeous soft colours is a feast on the eye. I found it difficult to give this book away as a gift. I wanted to keep it. I don’t feel this is really a book designed to instruct or teach though. It’s for ideas and pleasure. A sheer joy to look at over and over again.

I love flowers and enjoy looking at how flowers are used ,wedding bouquets have been around for centuries but were a way of communicating how one felt about ones new husband, it was used as a way to say I love you amoung other terms of endearment, also wishing the happy couple luck, wealth, health.
This is a very good way of reading about the flowers that are used still to this day, some great pictures to look at with some interesting facts.

I was a tad disappointed that there wasn’t any step by step instructions for some of the designs. A nice book though!
