Bought this for my daughter who was doing a photography project about Vogue, and it is SO beautiful to hold and leaf through. Fascinating to see how the cover style as well as the fashions have changed through the decades. Got totally sucked in and highly recommend this very beautiful coffee table book.

Never actually got a neb inside the book but my niece loved it.

I bought this for nostalgia but was quite disappointed. A lot of covers I was hoping to see weren’t included. I like the 60’s and 70’s ones best, but 3 of the main models and covers weren’t there. My favourite model Ingrid Boulting did many in the 60’s and 70’s and there were none of hers. Also Jerry Hall in the 70’s was on many covers including my favourite one ever from May 1975. She is in a blue bathing hat on blue telephone, it’s really striking. Another iconic model Marie Helvin is not represented. She was married to David Bailey and did some beautiful covers. Another iconic one was August 1957 of a woman in a purple taxi. A beautiful one from July 1965 was Sophia Loren in a blue turban and fab jewellery. More up to date was September 2018 with Rihanna all in beautiful colours. There is a lot of the 80’s and 90’s which are all the same and not very interesting.

This book is brilliant and chronicles so much of the magazine’s illustrious history. If you are a fan of Vogue or a historian on publishing then you will love this book. Worth every penny.

Lovely, high quality book. The addition of the separate prints is great.

Didn’t realise this is almost all US covers which was very disappointing – but I do remember lots of them from when I bought American Vogue (as a 14 year old) for the Twiggy pictures and then for up and coming US designers like Calvin Klein and Perry Ellis, but wish it has also shown British Vogue covers. Pleased that models’ names are printed though.

The item is what I expected, however a little disappointed that the covers are not arranged in chronological order (only by the decades) which personally makes it confusing, if you want to track the evolution of the covers. The five framable posters that are included are ok – I would have preferred different covers – there are two very vintage ones (art work, not photography), one featuring Michele Obama, the only ones I liked is a US patriotic one ‘we are united’ from July 1942 and the 100th Anniversary cover with the supermodels. Nonetheless it is a great purchase for any vogue/fashion fan especially at the discounted price (I paid £24, originally it was sold for £49)
