    Love this book – it’s very thoughtfully done and gives lots of tips to make the recipes vegan or gluten free if necessary. There’s something in here for everyone. Anyone seasoned in vegan alternatives will soon find it intuitive to alter most of the standard recipes even if there isn’t a vegan tip included. Truly great for providing inspiration and a helping hand for households with multiple dietary requirements.

    This book has some great recipes, but you have to buy lots of ingredients before you start. Can work out expensive but meals we have had have been lovely and easy to make.

    This is a gorgeous book, lots of enticing healthy recipes, at first glance easy too. However most of the recipes require ingredients that you also have to make using a recipe (which they include). For example the Shi’a shiok chicken recipe calls for shiok marinade, pickling liquor, spicy vinegar, raisukaree sauce among others which are all listed as separate recipes at the bavk. This is not a quick night meal unless you have made all the ingredients for each recipe beforehand. The recipes that don’t require the advanced prep are tasty and easy to make but they are also the ones you can make from a quick google search, like ramen noodles etc. The food photography is lovely and it’s a nice book to flip through. I’d only recommend if you are well versed in this type of cuisine and have a lot of the ingredients to hand or are willing to make your own

    As a lover of Wagamama restaurants myself, I can see the value of this beautiful book that I bought as a gift for another Wagamama addict. Even when I go on holiday, I seek the nearest Wagamama restaurant as the food is so unique and so healthy.
