I have waited a long time for this Book and when i opened it I was disappointed to find the Book was not wrapped up in plastic and the bottom corners of the book were ripped

Everything else is great about the Book and I have decided to keep the Book and my Mum is going to repair it for me.

If you like Watership Down, you will like this Graphic Novel.

As far as adaptions go, this one does a much better job than the disappointing Netflix series that frankly failed when it came to the characters of the show and the story.

The art style is gorgeous, definitely reminded me of the movie but standing out enough on its own. My one complaint would be that, you may sometimes struggle to tell certain characters apart since they don’t have such stand out designs like in the movie, but overall you can tell who the main characters are at least.

This novel feels like it was written by a fan of the original novel and not someone trying to make their own inferior interpretation of it.

This is a wonderful, beautiful adaptation of a fantastic story, I would highly recommend it to everyone. Its as much an ode to the British countryside as it is an adventure story full of heroes, villains and sometimes violence. It is nevertheless appropriate for almost all ages, and should be read by as wide an audience as possible.

I wrote out a long, elaborate review but then accidentally clicked back and lost it all, so in short – its fab, the artists have achieved the impossible in bringing this to life – an amazing achievement.

If you already love Watership Down – this is a treat to revisit characters and memories in a new, wonderfully drawn, full colour format.

If you are new to Watership Down, this is still a great entry to a thrilling, moving story.

Classic book in epic graphic novel form – see pics, on first glance (havnt read it fully yet), it appears to be faithful to the original. Definately recommend for adults (who may have already read the original full form) and kids alike. The only downside was that the copy I recieved has either been badly damaged at the warehouse or a return, see pics. 3 stars only because of poor product quality (content looks great).
