A friend recommended the book and since buying my BBQs are much better. The book advises on best cooking techniques as well as a great selection of menus.

Great bbq cookbook which we have used many times already during lockdown! Lovely recipes and clear instructions and pictures and a really useful “how to bbq” section at the beginning which was great as we have never owned a Weber gas barbecue before! Food has been delicious! Would definitely recommend this to novices and experienced chefs too!

Very nice book. Well laid out with excellent photos per recipe. Also the standard tips on BBQ techniques as you’d expect from Weber. My only complaint is that it doesn’t really push the boat out re content. I was expecting something more “exotic”. Having said that, the recipes are solid and will suit a newer/less experienced cook.

As a BBQ novice I’ve followed a handful of the recipes really closely and they’ve been big hits. I’d no idea you could do so much with a BBQ before this.

Nice book, look forward to using it, but clearly not new.
Dirty fingerprints on the pages.

Just last year I started on my quest for “proper” barbecuing – not just the normal “grilling”, but smoking, direct/indirect, snake, briquettes, charcoals, dirty, etc. etc. – a whole new realm of outdoor cooking, but oh! what a lot to love and learn. I’ve purchased a few books to help me, and I can honestly say for recipes, this is definately the best so far.
The book is huge, the instructions simple, the ingredients not too many (and they’re in UK measurements, not US cups) plus there’s a fanastic photo for EVERY single recipe. I absolutely love this book and would strongly recommend to all – newbies and profs alike 🙂

I have this book and I repurchased it for a family member as a gift. It’s really good – some different ideas for BBQs.
