William Morris (1834-96), Father of the Arts and Crafts movement, was one of the most important artistic and literary figures of the nineteenth century. His pattern designs reveal a love of wild flowers, plants and birds, and a fascination with medieval culture. Each of these 100 postcards shows a different motif by Morris and his company, offering a perfect introduction to the Victoria and Albert Museum’s extensive collections. Favourites such as Willow Bough, Strawberry Thief and Acanthus are presented alongside lesser-known wallpaper, textile and tile designs making this a must-have for all design fans.

Lovely high quality postcards. Quite a bit of text/logo on the back which is a shame but the look and feel of them is perfect.

These are so pretty every postcard is different. Which was a nice surprise. As I thought it was so many of the same design. Even the box they come in is stunning. I’m so tempted to buy another box. I would honestly give it ten stars. Beautiful gift for anyone.

I bought these to make a montage in a photo frame and the quality of the cards is fantastic. I’m very pleased with the result and as there were 100 postcards of lots of different designs and colours I can change it to match my decor in the future.

Beautifully printed, wonderful to receive in the post (in an envelope as to not spoil the print).

Great post cards – framed my favourite design.

I am so much in love with these cards especially the box in which they are packed. I don’t write reviews regularly but I wanted to recommend these to anyone who is thinking about getting these. They are blank at the back so I’ll be using these for a gift message or a note card. Some of the prints are prettier than others .. five stars and more from me!

These are very pretty cards and can be used for any occasion. The only downside is that they are not designed for posting on their own – there isn’t the space on the back. But they can be used for including with parcels as a thank-you note, for example, or similar purpose. These are very good value for so many considering the price. All different designs, couldn’t find even one duplication.
