A brilliant and thorough overview of the world’s religions in one book, with plenty of information for further study.
The page on “The Golden Rule” is a stunning conclusion and criticism.

Good coverage of the major religions but doesn’t cover some of the smaller ones. Very interesting.

Not as informative as I had hoped. I passed this on to a book sale.

Excellent book
by Teodor Dinev
I got so much more aware of the people’s views and beliefs out there. I used to live in New York City, and was totally stunned at the beginning of my stay for schooling when I met Hindus, Sikhs, Muslims, Jews, Japanese and chinese people. Although religion is a forbidden topic, it is a must to know the beliefs of other cultures.

Bought as I knew very little before teaching RE. Great read but not well laid out – wouldn’t recommend for children

Plenty of pictures to jog memories

Acceptabel condition: do not buy it.
