This great book is a must have to accompany you wherever you go. I have had it since it came out and regularly refer back to it to remind me of how my life can be more mindful, how I can mindfully meditate wherever I am. I can truly say that practicing these exercises and advice, can make a real difference to your life. The exercises are simple to understand and the more you put into it the more you get out it, so you can chose as your life allows. The book is written in an affirming, down to earth way with a wealth of knowledge to back it up.

I absolutely loved this book on mindfulness – so much so that I bought a couple more as gifts for family members. It is short enough to read in one sitting but the insights, methods, techniques and suggestions can be applied immediately. Written with humour and compassion and without judgment, I think there is something in this book for everyone. I have other books on mindfulness and meditation but this one struck a chord with me.

Beautifully written book by someone who knows her stuff easy to read and in down to earth terms one can relate to, I would highly recommend this book a good insight on how to make changes u want and get the most out of life using these techniques a book not just for women but for all my husband and sons have read too!
