    This book applies to everyone no matter what goal you are striving to get to. It does not have to be athleticism alone. The wisdom in this book is second to none and truthfully no matter what age or what you are trying to succeed with.

    Although i have not quite finished the book – my initial thoughts are very positive. I have read this alongside my 13yo Elite netballer daughter and it has opened up some very interesting and important discussions on reflection, mindset and resilience in her sport. She is someone who only reads fiction but is written in a way that has really captured her interest and she is already putting into practice some of the key elements she has picked up. I have no doubt the skills she learns from the book will aid her ongoing sporting achievements and allow her to have a level of control on her sporting journey.
    I have ordered the workbook to go alongside this book which i hope will be a good support to implement what she has read.

    I love how this book tackles the mindset of athletes including the concepts of distraction, resilience and victimhood. The principles can be applied to people beyond sports and in everyday/the working life as well. Well worth a read and it will definitely provoke some thought.
